I believe that we all experience challenges and difficulties in life
Counselling and psychological therapy offer empowering opportunities to understand, process, and overcome these obstacles.
What I do
I offer one-to-one psychological therapy in Bristol and the surrounding area for those who wish to work face to face. Additionally I offer remote therapy nationwide via video or phone call. Both these options ensure that my clients have a confidential and non-judgmental space to openly discuss their thoughts and emotions, as well as reflect on their behaviors and choices.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I collaborate closely with my clients to identify their goals and address the issues they present. Together, we utilize evidence-based practices to support their progress. Central to my approach is the creation of a supportive therapeutic relationship that aids in facilitating this transformative process.
Dr. Farrah Collins
I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council and the British Psychological Society. My academic background includes a BSc honours degree in Psychology and a doctorate in Counselling Psychology. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone of my practice.

My expertise
For the best part of a decade I have been working in a therapeutic capacity with young people aged 11-20. This experience has challenged, humbled and amazed me in equal measure.
I am aware that Psychology and Therapy often lack adequate representation of minority groups. If you identify as Black, African, or Asian and are seeking therapy, I encourage you to reach out to me.
As a South-Asian British woman, my own personal history is intertwined with the intricate dynamics of the South-Asian Diaspora.
I firmly believe that the journey of becoming a parent, starting from the moment one discovers or decides to pursue pregnancy, is accompanied by a range of complex emotions.
Many individuals and couples experience extended periods of trying to conceive, encounters with pregnancy loss, or the realization that conception may not be possible for them.
