I believe that we all experience challenges and difficulties in life
Counselling and psychological therapy can provide an empowering opportunity to understand, process and overcome these difficulties.
I offer one-to-one psychological therapy in Bristol and the surrounding area for those who wish to work face to face. I also offer remote therapy nationwide via video or phone call. This provides my clients with a confidential, non-judgemental space to discuss their thoughts and feelings and consider their behaviours and choices.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I collaborate with my clients on identifying their goals and presenting problems and together we use evidenced-based practice to assist them in moving forward. At the centre of my practice I believe in creating a supportive therapeutic relationship to facilitate this process.
Dr. Farrah Collins
