Everyone experiences anxiety at times in their lives.  It can be difficult, however, when it overwhelms us and impacts how we live our day to day lives. Therapy, offers a constructive path towards alleviating this burden. I seek to provide a safe and supportive environment, that enables individuals to explore the roots of their anxiety and develop effective coping mechanisms.

Through evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness techniques, I seek to assist my clients in identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, gradually reducing anxiety symptoms.
