Firstly, I would like to direct your attention to a valuable resource, the Miscarriage Association. This organization provides free resources and a support group for individuals who are struggling with pregnancy loss.
If you feel that you require additional support, I offer 90-minute, one-off sessions specifically designed for this purpose. These sessions are meant to provide a compassionate space for you to process your grief, explore what steps, if any, you would like to take next, identify available support resources, and address your mental well-being during this challenging time. These sessions primarily focus on mental health support, while also acknowledging and exploring the physical aspects of your experience.
