For the best part of a decade I have been working in a therapeutic capacity with young people aged 11-20. This experience has challenged, humbled and amazed me in equal measure.

Everyone experiences anxiety at times in their lives.  It can be difficult, however, when it overwhelms us and impacts how we live our day to day lives. Therapy, offers a constructive path towards alleviating this burden.
